Linen closet organization

Wow does this area need an over haul, there is too much in here for sure, but I know as I am going through I won't get rid of as much stuff as I should. Ha.

Alot of times the linens have been shoved in here so they need to be refolded and I have gotten laxed on my organization so here we go.

For towles they tend to not get put away all the way into the back, some of these actually don't even go in here and need to be put into guest baths, and the camper.

There we go. It isn't perfect looking because I have a mix of towels for different things pretty much top left are old towels for the dog and his baths, bottom left are beach towels for summer, top right kid towels, and bottom right our towels.

Bed sheets, and comforter covers I like to fold all the pieces of sheets together and if I have the matching pillow cases putting the whole folded pile in there helps them to not get unfolded later on.

The next shelf is hand towels, rags, and extra pillow cases, I put 2 pillow cases on each pillow, this helps to keep pillows clean and newer longer.

For this shelf I took alot of pillow cases and matched them up to their sheet set to put it all together. That alone cut the pile in half!

The next shelf is the guest shelf with a blow up mattress and sheets that fit it.

Up top is mattress protectors, plastic ones for potty training, and soft ones for all other mattresses to keep them clean and another air mattress.

For such a small area this closet sure can get junky looking quickly. By putting the sheets inside their matching pillow cases it is going to help everything to stay folded and where is was supposed to be on that shelf. It has been at least 3 years since I have done this. I am not sure why I stopped, but I am excited about how much easier this closet will stay organized now.
