Shredding onions kitchen aid vrs Bosh

There are so many pros and cons between a kitchen aid and a bosh. I am lucky enough to have both so I thought I would share with you what I like and don't like while shredding onions with both. They each have an attachment to do shredding. The kitchen aid attachment that I use is new and the bosh attachment is older but they are still selling the same one! Just because I prefer one tool over the other for onions doesn't mean that it won't be opposite for the next food that I am processing. Hopefully some tips that I give can help you no matter which tool you have.
